SAP Business One Gets Even Better!
You can start by selecting your customer to filter the results, which will automatically persist as you toggle through the different tabs. If they have asked about a shipment, we can start on the Delivery tab to see the shipment date and the Tracking information. To answer their next question about their return, simply click over to the Credit Memo tab.
Next, we switch over to Price and Availability tab, and we can filter on previous
sales and answer questions about pricing including special prices,
On hand and Available inventory and access to alternative items and
more. When asked to re-order last week’s order, you can look at the
customer’s open or closed historical quotes or orders, and choose display
item details to see more information, and even review approved versus
unapproved orders. You can drill in to make changes or duplicate an
order, or we can even create a new Sales Order directly from the Operations
Transaction Center screen. When we’re ready for the next customer,
just change the filter and there is no need to open any other screens
