SAP Business One Gets Even Better!
You can start on the Order tab and get an immediate insight into your open backlog. You’ll see a count of documents and the Revenue totals. From here is it easy to change the focus and see Sales for a given period, just select your date range and choose open documents, closed documents or in this case both. Similarly, we can choose only approved orders, orders awaiting approval or Both. Other filtering options include Salesperson, Warehouse, Customer and/or any combination of the options we’ve reviewed.
Next, perhaps we want to see cash that has come in. We simply switch to Incoming
Payments and we can see who has paid, how much and totals. Another
option is to get an overview of the activities within the company,
this tab lets me see what everyone is doing, and I can filter on an
Activity type of interest, such as Tasks to further refine my display.
I can even generate a new Activity right from this screen if I want
to make a request.
