SAP Business One Gets Even Better!
You can start unfiltered to get a comprehensive overview of open transactions such as unshipped approved Sales Orders. To get a better idea of any issue, we can add a date filter and see order rows that are now overdue. Perhaps we see an item that we want to research further, we’ll add that item to the filter, and it will persist as we toggle through the different tabs. Let’s look at the return history, are we getting too much of this item back from customers? What issue have the Service Calls been created for with this item?
Let’s switch over to Purchasing and look at the Purchase Orders and see when we
are expecting to receive more stock. Next, we can switch over to the
Inventory tab and see the status of Inventory Transfer Requests or
review the Item’s warehouse location details. On the Production Orders
tab, you can review for any potential manufacturing delays.
